Quarantine
Did I want this for myself or was it imposed? Is it a blessing or a curse? So many questions to answer, Where to begin? Somehow it will make sense. It seems like it’s a time for self-reflection, It seems like it’s time to craft fitness out of imperfection. As if the planet earth is breathing life into itself, As if the air has cleansed itself. For the first time ever we have paused to see the moon and the stars, For the first time ever, the battle is different and is not of guns but of SARS. For the first time ever thing stands still, For the first time ever life is what we can instill. Heroes are redefined, Priorities are more refined. I believe I found answers to the questions I was looking for, I believe I found the questions that I was looking for.
Where You’re Okay
Where you are is okay, Where you are is fine. This is where you wanted to be, This is where you are. Can you feel the nowness of this moment, The newness of this moment? Now becomes past and births future. It’s the now where you‘ll always be, Not in the past not in the future. The past is dissolved in ethers, The future is in the now. It’s the now where you’ll always be, Not in the past not in the future. Pause, feel and reflect. Can you feel the glory of this moment/ What you did today was enough. Where you are is enough. You’re host to the Divine power, Or hostage to fear, The choice is yours. Fear dreads you of now, Tangles you in the glory or misery of past or of the future. But life is always on your side, It’s for you, Because you’re the Cosmic you. You’re always in the present moment, feel the presence. Be proud of where you are, Be whole in where you are. Where you are is okay, Where you are is divine.
