Flowers of Truth
Pluck gently At the flowers of truth, Or pluck them not at all. For they will wilt if not nourished By the essence of truth itself. Place one gently In the cavity of your heart, And as you wait patiently For it to settle, and unfurl, Sway and dance to it's rhythm, Yet be not swayed by untruths. Protect it against the waves of lies and deceit That would turn you away From who you really are. For even as you are important, So is the truth that you alone Can carry and nourish with the strength of your faith In that what is right, and just, and true. So long as you shall live, So will the truth of who you really are. Seek not a substitute for the truth, For there exists none. Neither as a palliative, Nor as a buffer against the cosmic waves, Though there are many Who would like you to think And feel otherwise. But only you, and you alone In the inner depths of your being Know who you really are. Pursue your inner truth, and Discover your own identity, O Wanderer, So that you may wander no more.
Music of the Universe
When was the last time O wanderer, That you connected With the lotus of your heart, and Let it bloom, Let it expand, Let it vibrate To the cadences Of the beating heart of the universe? Let the music of The whirling stars Envelope your soul, To suffuse your very being With the crystalline whispers Of the cosmos That speak to the crystals of your blood, Quickening it, Whispering of happenings faraway Where there is great preparation For the ceremony That will take place, As soon as you step into your very being, Becoming one with the Oneness that is the Great song of the universe.
Hill of Truth
Should you ever choose to walk up the hill Paved with nuggets of truth, You run the risk of being overwhelmed by the view Thus presented. For this hill looks not At the same sort of view as all the others. Perhaps you think That the view is upside down. May chance, you may take it for the inversion of your reality. And you wouldn't be far away from the truth in your assessment, O Wanderer. For indeed, the truth is quite different from that what you call reality. It may be quite dizzying to ascend even a little Up the path of the slope of this particular hill, For truth changes your perception. Rest a while, and reflect on what is true for you, And what is true for the cosmos. Forget not what conveniently Becomes the truth for those Seeking material power. Yet what is material power? Is not the power to change your inner self, real power? Therefore, O Wanderer, As you follow the spiraling path of the hill of truth Go forward with short and easy steps. Take a moment to Reflect, Look back, Think upon the way that you really want to go on, The way that you really want to see, to feel, Till you arrive at a place In your innermost self Where you find That you feel at one With the oneness of the truth With the oneness of the universe.
Silence of Truth
Savor each step O Wanderer, As you walk the path towards the truth. For it sparkles With silence; The hush of eternal truth The unseen, unheard waves Of that refined, rarefied air That can only be felt, Experienced, shivered, As on gets nearer to the core Of eternal light. You will walk this path just the once, Though it may seem to be long now, Yet as you near the end, Ready to merge, to become one with the truth of all that is, Will you want that journey to never end. Such is one of the many dichotomies Of this special journey That you've undertaken So boldly, so blindly, so bravely, Yet could it have been any other way? Would you have it any other way, Than the one way you can go, No matter which way you approach it? In the end, do not all paths merge in the centre? And you'll all say, well met, If you still see yourselves as separate entities, that is. So enjoy, and live fully Every minute of this journey That some call life, Others call being, While others yet call it nothing, For they are too busy doing, Running around like chicken in a coop, Getting ahead, while they still can. Getting ahead of what, You could ask, O Wanderer. Getting ahead of themselves, Their so-called mortality. Yet the soul knows no such strange condition, For it continues the journey, Even if the body gets tired, And no longer serves the soul's purpose After a little while. A little while In the big spiral Of the soul's ascension. So savour the silences on your path, Lonely though it may seem at times. How can it be lonely, When you are to merge with the greater silence, The greater hush That is yet to come, The closer you get to the core. The core of truth, The centre of equality, The mid-point of justice, Where one can float eternally, if one so wishes, Or start the journey anew, Savoring each moment, as if it were the last, Knowing that it isn't so. It just seems to be so.
