No sound I’ve heard
comes close
to the sound of silence—
All the voices, internal or external,
vanishes away.
As it feels like guidance.
The only sound
that instantly calms my racing mind
This stillness provides nothing but kindness
When I sit in an open field,
under a tree,
and drown myself
in the beauty of being,
I notice the leaves
gossiping about me—
probably laughing
at how silly I look,
tangled in unnecessary stress.
Because they know
life is just a play, a game,
and this identity?
It's more like an illusionary flame.
Something that exist but doesn't
Something that's real but fake
Something that's distinct yet same
When I sit in silence
and everything around me
Follow along…
I feel the gentle touch
of the breeze on my face,
the sun’s warm embrace,
and the earth beneath my feet,
Stable, loving, complete.
And suddenly, I see
how beautiful everything is—
and everyone—
including me.
When the mind stops
its monkey chatter
and loosens its grip,
when no thought of the past
or the future
makes the moment slip,
I meet true silence—
the silence that lets you breathe,
the silence that lets you be,
your truest self,
unguarded and free.
Silence is a mirror reflecting the soul,
A space where truths unfold
Who says silence is empty?
it's filled with whispers of wisdom
that washes the noise away,
until I sound like myself again.
And once you experience
the essence of silence,
the dirt of delusion dismantles.
And you become—
you
