Hi, Writers and Artists!
We’ve received so many wonderful submissions that we are already filling up for December 2026! Like in years past, we close our reading periods once we have scheduled all of our General Dates. Looking at over 75 active submissions, we are comfortable with saying that our 2026 issue is nearly complete.
We’ll be taking a break from reviewing General Pool submissions this summer. Don’t worry, we’ll still be sharing incredible posts all summer long but we will be closing our reading period for General Pool Submissions starting June 1st. You can submit up until 11:59 pm EST on May 31st for our General Pool. We will reopen on October 1st, 2026 for our 2027 General Pool.
If you have an active submission with us now, we’ll make sure to get a decision to you soon!
Those who entered into either our 13 Days of Halloween or 12 Days of Holidays contests, we will review those submissions in October and December respectively.
