Dear broken heart

Guiding with each beat

Thank you for your strength

In loving endlessly

Dear broken heart

Bleeding in vain

I admire your courage

In loving through pain

Dear broken heart

Brave and free

So beautiful are you

In loving me

Dear broken heart

The time has come to mend

For in your vulnerability

I am whole once again

Dear heart-

One with my soul

I love you…

And, will never

let go…
