Once upon a rhyme
A robin built a nest
It flew around the world
Until it realized home is best

Once upon a rhyme
A rocket launched at noon
It swam through a sea of stars
Before landing on the moon

Once upon a rhyme
I met a happy clown
He made up a song
I sang along
My frown turned upside down

Once upon a rhyme
A crocodile shed a tear
I tried so hard to cheer it up
It snapped at me when I got too near

Once upon a rhyme
I dreamt that I was king
That all my wishes did come true
Upon my head a heavy crown
On each finger a bejewelled ring

Once upon a rhyme
An owl married a cat
All the animals gathered there
From the unicorn to the rat

Once upon a rhyme
There was a castle in the sky
Built from cloud and princess dreams
I know not the reason why

Once upon a rhyme
A giant learned to count
With humongous toes
Ten fingers, a nose
It could reach up to any amount

Once upon a rhyme
This game came to a stop
So, the players just begin again
From the very top
