Ear Apprentice

In the park, next to his house
Grandpa, tired
Has sat down on the wooden bench.
The little boy
Prettier than the sun
Has seized the moment
To put some cream on his ear
So the sun doesn't burn it
And then he goes complaining
To Grandma.
-Grandpa
 I don't want the sun to burn your ear.
The little boy who
When he grows up
Wants to become an ear doctor
Otorhinolaryngologist
Has given his mother back
The sunscreen
Happier than a clam
Because he put some cream
On Grandpa's ear
And he won't get burned.
