By Mike Turner
Does the flower know its beauty?
Or the skies the joy of flight?
Do birds know their sweet melodies
Bring us out from dark of night?
Is our worth not that internal
Our love not held in heart
But rather that which we each give
To others, thus impart?
Let loose those things we hold most dear
That they may fly, wild and free
Sing loud your song so all may hear
And thus beauty, all may see
