By Mike Turner
Listen… As stars gently brush the sky Spun-sugar clouds whispering your name While murmuring zephyrs Tell their secrets to the autumn leaves And cool rays of moonlight Kiss resting daffodils Sleeping in dew-moistened glade Do you hear the music? Lyrics, melody, mystery Of the turning of night? Singing of days past Tomorrows anticipated Dreams yet dreamed Listen… Hear the symphonies Of this moment in time Now becoming past The future just beyond reach All set to the rhythm Of your beating heart Dancing with stars and clouds Winds and leaves Moonlight and flowers Grasses and dew Through Infinity Close your eyes Listen…
