Yesternight, far upon the hill,
one lone tree did rain.
Droplets oozing off every single leaf.
Incessant downpour.
And the waters were carried by its own roots
To far-off lands,
Where the crows mewed, cats crowed,
elephants hummed and snails did run.
From where, one little rose swam
to see the tree rain.
Much to her surprise, the rose found it
the same as she did the day before yesterday.
